Honduras in "The Global Economic Response"
We've seen the UK's Prime Minister Gordon Brown address the American Congress, stressing the need for the world to act together and strive to be unselfish in the face of this economic downturn. A noble message to be sure and he received 19 standing ovations. However, my question is whether a truly 'global' economic response is possible.
