The IMF on Honduras' Distributional Impact of Fiscal Policy
HTW published an article recently on the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and arguments for and against applying for more money. So with the IMF being called in again into Honduran economic policies I thought it would be 'fun' to analyse one of the IMF's recent reports. This is their 2008 report entitled "The Distributional Impact of Fiscal Policy in Honduras" and is by Robert Gillingham, David Newhouse, and Irene Yackovlev. You can access the original here.
